Notice: The Fayette Co Historical Society WILL NOT be selling homemade ice cream and bars at the Plaza this year. They had planned to sell from the gazebo July 30. We will be back next year.

Please mark your calendars and plan to honor the life of our friend Steve Story by participating in this Mobile Memorial. Drive to the North Fayette Valley High School on July 26, from 2-4:30 p.m. and remember the wonderful contributions he provided for our community during his time with us.

A mobile memorial for Steve Story will be held Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in front of North Fayette Valley High School, 600 N. Pine Street, West Union. Those attending will be greeted by the Story grandchildren and given instructions on how to proceed to greet the family. In Steve’s obituary the family has designated the Historical Society as one option for a memorial. We remain grateful for his involvement here and surely miss him.
