A nice shoutout from one of my clients who just put up some biiig numbers at a powerlifting meet this weekend. Love being a part of athletes’ careers and helping them to perform their best!!

Finally getting a few pics and videos up from my last Advanced Stretching for Athletes course for LMT’s in November. Planning on more for next year and possibly a really cool collaborative program on working with athletes. Grateful for the opportunity to teach, I love it!

Hey all! Just wanted to update everyone that, for the time being, I won’t be accepting any new clients. I can’t say how much I appreciate the support and referrals!
