I think one of the biggest challenges of vegetable farming is anticipating demand. Last year, we couldn’t get enough of these delicious San Marzano tomatoes to the market! So we are planting A LOT of them this year! Mmmm I can almost taste that sweet, delicious roasted flavor with fresh basil can you?!

After a good rain the seeds in the field are germinating!! In addition to these radishes, we’ve also got arugula, turnips, spinach and cover crops popping up!!
