5/10/20 update: This week we will begin the process of contacting patients who have contacted us in the last 8 weeks and who have had their appointments cancelled. We will be re-training our staff this week as we begin seeing patients. We have a very limited supply of PPE and will be scheduling patients as PPE becomes available. If you have any questions, if you have a dental emergency, or if you need urgent treatment, Dr. Kim can be reached at 563 650 1362 and Doctor Smol...enski can be reached at 563 265 7509. We are following the re-opening guidelines as published by the Iowa Dental Board and approved by the Iowa Department of Public Health and Governor Kim Reynolds. Some but not all of the precautions being taken include: - All staff and doctors are screened prior to working - Patients are screened over the phone and again when arriving at the office. This screening will include a temperature check and review of recent symptoms. - There will be hand sanitizer available for you as you enter the building and we ask you to sanitize after entering. - We ask that only patients enter the building if at all possible. (A guardian is allowed for minors, handicapped, and elderly patients. A translator would also be allowed inside) Also, everyone entering the building is asked to bring and wear a face covering. If you do not bring a face covering, then one will be provided for you to be worn at all times except for during treatment. - We no longer have magazines and children’s toys in our reception area, as they are difficult to disinfect. - Reception and individual treatment areas are separated by barriers. - Patients will be required to use an antiseptic mouth rinse prior to beginning treatment - We are practicing high frequency cleaning of all doorknobs, pens, reception and clinical area - You will notice that we are using different kinds of personal protective gear: including but not limited to N95/KN95 masks, face shields and individual gowns. 1/18/21- we are aware of an issue with our voicemail- it is currently playing the incorrect recording and we are working to correct this issue. We are open today. Even though the recording is incorrect, the emergency numbers listed are correct and if you leave a message on our machine, then we will still receive it. 8/11/2020 update- we have power and are open at our Davenport location. Our Lowden location does not have power and is not open at this time. If you need to reach us, please contact our Davenport office at 563 359 9144.

Update: As we monitor social distancing guidelines for our waiting room we ask that when you arrive at the office for your scheduled appointment- please call 563 265-9507 prior to entering the building. We will proceed to ask you our screening questions and someone will be out to bring you in to the treatment area as soon as possible. If no one answers that phone, please leave your name, number and birthday and we will call you back as soon as possible....
