As the President of this years club, I want to say how much I know our club had left to do this year and how important it is that we all follow safe practices. Washing hands, social distancing, staying home if you don’t need to be out. We will all get through this and will see each other again. All of the 2020 graduates, we are not forgotten. I know we will miss walking the walk, but no one can take away our knowledge and determination to succeed! I hope this finds all of you well. Let us all know if you need anything. We can try and help as much as possible.

Club members wrapped gifts for the family we adopted for Christmas and had a fantastic time! Even the puppy got some gifts!

1st year Hospitality Management student, Madison Gast, ringing her way into the hearts of amazing Cedar Rapids Citizens.

Last week, our friends at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center donated shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body gel to St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. All doctors an...d nurses need to shower before they leave the hospital and they were running low on supplies. The Hotel also donated their shower caps, which are used to supplement protective gear in the ER. We’re proud to see members of our Kirkwood family and individuals throughout our surrounding communities step up to lend a hand during these difficult times!
