I would like to inform our residents that earlier this evening animal control picked up a raccoon at my house that has been here all weekend long during the daytime. Animal Control said I should try to let my residents know that we have had raccoons here with distemper. He said to inform you to make sure and keep an eye on your dogs because of this issue. I am looking for our residents help please. Earlier this afternoon I received a call from a resident that there was a deer by their home with a trap on its leg. We did call Animal Control and they did come out right away. The deer got spooked and took off. The deer was seen around the lot numbers that are the higher 400's. I am asking that if any one sees this deer to please call 712-279-6170. Paula Clark Manager
