Spring has Sprung!!! Hello Lakeside Residents: Spring is upon us. We ask all of you to help with this year’s park spring cleaning. We will be placing several large dumpsters around the community for Lakeside residents to use only from 04/14/2021 04/19/2021. ... This is your chance to dispose of all unapproved yard items or unwanted furniture etc. We ask you all to utilize these dumpsters while they are available. All yard and all home repairs are required per your lease agreement, and not an option. We care about our community and urge each of our responsible residents to help work together to clean up our community. All residents who desire hay for improving the growth of that beautiful summer grass, leave a comment on our Facebook event posting and we will get you scheduled. The request needs to be submitted no later than April 19th. We will list all future events on our Facebook page going forward. In addition, effective May 1st we will no longer be accepting balance inquiry phone calls or in office payments. All balance inquiries and payments will need to be submitted through the online portal. Our office received a call today from West Community Action. They have monies to assist with electricity and gas. Please ask for Charlene at 712-322-2621.

Per Management, any child under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult utilizing public amenities/common areas in our community. If a child is found without an adult or participating in destruction of our property, it is going to be a lease violation. After 3 violations, it will be grounds for a 30 day non-renewal.

Dear Residents, we have received numerous complaints regarding too many children unsupervised in this community. Please have respect for your neighbors. Your children need to be supervised at all times. They do not need to be in other peoples yards, terrorizing other peoples animals, or destruction of property. This will not be tolerated in this community. We will be calling the police and or issuing violations. Please keep in mind that enough violations will give you a 30 day non renewal.
