The Durant Community Chest (DCC) has served a great purpose among Durant non-profit organizations and throughout our community for more than 39 years. Every yea...r, we seek financial donations from those living in our community. In 2020, we collected more than $4,500 and were able to support local organizations such as the Durant/Wilton Food Pantry, Durant Children's Group, Wildcat Packs, Camp Courageous, Durant Lego League, Boy Scout Troop 153, Durant Music Boosters, Tri-County Heritage Museum and Girl Scout Troop 2434. We will begin our collection campaign later this summer, however we accept donations all year round. Your financial contributions to DCC are tax exempt and your United Way contributions can be designated to DCC as well.
