Bowling Day for the 3 year olds.

After much prayer and consideration, I have decided to cut back my hours starting fall 2022. I will no longer be offering a 2 year olds class. I will be continuing my 3 year olds class twice a week. My three year olds class for fall 2022 is already full, but if you have a child that you want to enroll for following years, please contact me as soon as possible. I only take 6 students, so I fill up fast. It is quite common for people to contact me when their child is an infant.

When someone we care about is worried and stressed we often want to make it better and fix it as quickly as possible. Typically we may say things like: "don't w...orry" "it's not a big deal" "it will be fine" "you're being silly" "there's nothing to worry about" We're trying to help but it can feel like we are not listening, not understanding, and invalidating their experience. After all, when was the last time someone telling you to stop worrying helped ease your anxiety? As much as we would like to make distressing feelings just magically go away, most of the time the only way out is through. Here are some gentle words to help your loved ones find their way 'through' with you.

The first time all 5 students in the 2 year olds class have been together since the first of October. They were all smiles!
