I need this cup after this past year. Sadly appropriate. You would think people would be more understanding or grateful post pandemic but it seems to be the opposite. Please be courteous to others and mindful that some industries are still dealing with many changes. I know travel agents have worked so many countless hours and lost time with our families with no additional pay canceling, rebooking trips, fighting for refunds and spending extra time keeping up with constant changing mandates for all the different destinations. Just a friendly reminder that we have a choice who we choose to work with in the future. Don't be the client that makes it on our black list lol.
