The Johnston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying this subject and vehicle regarding an ongoing investigation. On Saturday, Jan. 2, ...2021, at approximately 5:57 a.m. this subject was observed on camera arriving at a closed business and looking beneath a parked vehicle. The vehicle was later discovered to have its catalytic converter cut off.
